How many people can the Lakeside space accommodate?
Inside the Kinderhaus can accommodate 200 people without a dance floor and 165 with a dance floor.If you utilize the outdoor area, we can accommodate an additional 175 people.
What kinds of parties do you host?
We host birthday parties, anniversaries, mixers, rehearsal dinners, receptions, bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. We do not host weddings.
How much does it cost to rent a room and what is included?

How long can I rent each room for my own private party?
We typically allow for 4 hours for the event plus 2 hours for set up and one hour for clean up. Additional hours are available at an additional cost.
Are drinks included with the room fee?
No, drinks are not included. Beverage and bar packages are available upon request.
No outside alcohol is permitted.
Can we bring in outside drinks?
All alocholic beverages, must be purchased from us, with no exceptions. Please note that patrons may not bring their own alcohol onto our premises.
Do you offer food?

Can we bring in our own food or catering?
Absolutely. If bringing in outside food, you and/or your caterer are fully responsible for all linens, utensils, plates, bowls, napkins, serving trays, burners, etc.
Is the Kinderhaus heated in the winter months?
There is no heat or air conditioning in the Kinderhaus. This is a seasonal building, open
May 1 - October 15 annually. There are fans and plenty of windows for warmer days and nights.
Can I decorate the room for my party?
Absolutely. We just ask that you do not use any glitter or confetti, and that all balloons are weighed down so they don’t float up into our rafters.
